    Yesterday while I was standing in line the daughter closed her counter because she did not want to have to serve me with my trolley full of parcels. Lucky for the family run business they have a lady there (not sure of her name) that is always friendly and pleasant to deal with... I commend her on her ability to keep going and help customers when she is clearly working in difficult circumstances.

    It's frustrating to use a service when you are treated so poorly. Thankfully I have options and most of the time take my business to other Australia Post outlets... which is a shame for them because I can spend up to $1000 a week on parcel post!

    Most of the time the staff are less than friendly and sometimes abrupt.

    Bad service and dont know how to use there phone as i have tried to call this post office mulitple times over a day and multiple days

    The poorly presented shop front is just the beginning for this Australia Post Office... behind the tacky gifts and long Que. to the counter there is a franchise owner and his daughter that have terrible customer service and just general disregard for people that help put food on their table.
